The newly unearthed government funded C.E.C. – Covert Experimentation Center is where the facility staff has been taking unwitting patients turned test subjects for years. The C.E.C. is packed with the most vile, disturbing, mutilated creatures not even your worst nightmares could concoct. But how does all of this terror and horror go unnoticed?
