Is there an age limit?
Although there are no age restrictions, children under twelve should be accompanied by an adult. Children must be able to walk on their own, and can not be carried at any point inside of the haunt. Young children, or adults who get to the front door and are too scared to enter will not be forced (not even by their well-meaning parents).
Will they touch us, or can we touch them?
We have a “no touch” policy – you don’t touch us; we don’t touch you. Unfortunately, due to the very dim lighting inside the haunts, you may occasionally come into accidental contact with one of our staff. Our patients will not grab or maul you.
If I get too scared, what do I do?
If you get too scared, stay calm and tell the nearest actor and they will escort you outside. Please note, we do not give refunds under any circumstances. You paid us to scare you.
How many people in a group can go in together?
We exercise no groups larger than 6 to get the most out of your visit. If your group is larger than 6 you will be broken up throughout the attraction.
Can I get out if I want to?
Yes, there are numerous exits.
Is there security
Yes. We do our best to have our staff watch out for you.
Where do I park?
We recommend parking across the street in the Pioneer Park Parking lot, or on Hughes or Henry Ave. We DO NOT encourage parking in the alleyway by the attraction.
Is the waiting area inside?
Unfortunately, no. BUT, we do have VIP and Fast Pass tickets, that get you to the head of the line MUCH quicker.
How long is the wait in line?
It depends. During the first dates of the October dates, the wait is usually shorter. As it gets closer to Halloween, specifically on a Friday or Saturday night, the wait can be long. We do offer a FastPass and a VIP pass, that reduces your wait substantially, on very busy nights.
Handicap accessible?
We cannot accommodate electric wheelchairs; however we are handicap accessible to standard sized, non-motorized wheelchairs. Guests entering in a wheelchair will have a slightly altered experience, including using a different entrance and alternate routes within the attraction. Please let the ticket booth know if you have a wheelchair so that we can escort you to the proper waiting areas.
Please contact us with any specific questions at: Smack@Station5Productions.com
If I’m in line at closing time, will I still go through?
Yes! We close our ticket window to new arrivals at our specified closing hours. However, if you’re in line prior to the closing, you will be permitted entry.
Miscellaneous
Is it the same as last year?
Absolutely not. The show changes every year, although we do keep some of the more popular scenes. We have a full time professional staff that work all year on the haunted house.
Is it better than last year?
Refer to the above question. (But yes, we think so.)
Can we take flash photos or videos of your haunted houses?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Haunted houses are dark, and it takes everyone, especially the actors’ eyes, to adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera, you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience, but you’re hurting the actors’ eyes. Also, no other recording devices are allowed (video cameras, etc.).
